Through Aug. 27 - F45 Training
The F stands for Functional Training, a mix of circuit and HIIT style workouts geared towards everyday movement. 45 is the total amount of time for sweat-dripping, heart-pumping fun. F45 Training is a global fitness training community specializing in innovative, high intensity group workouts which are fast, fun and proven to get rapid results.
Mondays: 6:15 a.m., Noon and 5:30 p.m.
Tuesdays: 6:15 a.m., Noon and 5:30 p.m.*
Wednesdays: 6:15 a.m., Noon and 5:30p.m.
Thursdays: 6:15 a.m., Noon and 5:30p.m.
Fridays: 6:15 a.m. and Noon
Saturdays: 9:45 a.m. (60-minutes)
Sundays: 9:45 a.m.
*No classes July 4

Through Aug. 27 - Personal Training
Personalized Instruction to Reach Any of Your Goals
Whether you’re seeking help with weight loss, specialized training or build overall strength and stability, let our certified personal trainers work with you to create a customized workout plan to meet your goals. With a variety of training packages, you can customize your own personal training experience to fit your budget.

Through Aug. 27 - Group Fitness Classes
All group fitness classes are free! You can enjoy our full menu of class offerings at no additional cost.
Come try out one of our relaxing mind/body classes, or get your heart rate up in an interval training class. View our up-to-date schedule here.
WHAT TO KNOW:
Your Viking ID/Membership ID is required for admittance to every class.
Classes must average at least 3 participants in a month-span or they will be cancelled. Don’t take your favorite classes for granted!

Fridays: 6-8 p.m.
Free Drop-In Pickleball Days:
• June 15: 5:30-8 p.m.
• July 15: 9:30a.m.-Noon
• August 23: 5:30-8 p.m.

Non-Member:
1 Month Unlimited Package: $25
Daily Drop-In Rate: $7

June 6-Aug. 17 - Pink Gloves Boxing (Tier 1)
Tuesday/Thursdays*: 6 p.m.
FIT is a feeling, and Pink Gloves Boxing will give you that feeling! PGB is not a get slim quick scheme. It’s not a bootcamp, bodysculpt, or bellyblaster. It’s an art form! It’s a fitness journey toward the destination of being a little bit better today than you were yesterday.
**No Classes July 4, August 8, and August 10
